Very FINE Meiji Period 19th Century Tripod Footed ROYAL Japanese Satsuma Dark Blue Ground Signed Satsuma Koro depicting the seven gods of good fortune with Finely Decorated Silver Lid. I t has a very deep dark blue ground with GOLD gilding, and 2 opposite panels of portraits of seven figures per panel in a very jovial mood.

With Silver Cover: 10 3/4 High. Without Silver Cover: 9 High. Slight loss of its gold gilt due to a ge related wear with NO damage.
