An earthenware vase, of baluster form. 1868 - 1912, late 19th century.

The body depicting a scene of jovial figures in the foreground of a beautiful garden, surrounded by lush trees and flowers. The upper shoulder decorated with a banding of millefleurs design leading into a geometric pattern. Signed "Ryozan Zo Kore" in a calligraphy seal to the underside of the base.
